Shell rot? Any concerns?

How's my Russian tortoise look? I'm a little concerned. What can I be doing for general tortoise healthcare. Vitamins?

Looks fine to me. Feed him properly, give him proper heat and humidity, and at least a 4x8 foot enclosure and he should do fine. When it's warm out, get him into an outdoor enclosure.

Vitamins should not be needed with a correct, varied diet and a good U.V. source.
