I had a leopard hatch today, Usually the egg shell is brittle, On this guy,as the title says, the outer shell seemed dry, but the inside membrane was soft and flexable. I am wondering if it is a sign, that the eggs were too humid.
Most of mine come apart too. The shell itself is brittle and the membrane inside the shell is softer and sometimes sticks to the baby. Once the air hits it it starts to harden and dry out.
