Does this look like a normal shed? He looks so raggedy around the neck! Lots of humidity and soaks, so he isn't dry at all. if pictures don't show well he has a big flap of dried slin peeling on the bottom of the neck and littler flaking/peeling on the top of his neck.(keeps sticking out his neck for rubs so i assume it is itchy haha)
