T?he first looks like fox tail, not toxic if I remember, but those tails things look uncomfortable. The second looks like rose of sharon, which is safe, but I am not positive on the I.D., lets give a shout out to @yvonneg, she should be able to tell.

The first picture is purple fountain grass - not toxic
The next pictures are of a type of malva/mallow, probably malva sylvestris, related to the weed, malva neglecta (cheese weed) - not toxic
