Safe Plants

I wanted to ask if Super Blue Liriope is safe in an outdoor tortoise enclosure. I couldn't find much about it. I did find information that Mondo Grass is okay though.

I have seen several sites with lists about safe edible plants for tortoise, but what about a list of safe plants that they will leave alone and not eat for both indoors and outdoor enclosures?

Joe has free run of my garden and the plants are categorised in 3 ways:
1. Edible
2. Trampled
3. Too big to trample, so ignored

This isn't all that different to the traditional feeding classifications of:
1. Safe
2. Not safe
3. feed in moderation

Joe makes his own decisions on what to eat and like all the wild tortoises he does just fine working it out for himself in the garden.
