Safe for a RF?

This grass is growing in our outdoor enclosure. It has tiny little purple flowers. I was told we had bahia (sp?) grass. I have seen him take a bite or two from the regular grass and hasn't noticed this patch of purple flowers yet.

Small photo but I think it's a commelina species, and totally edible.

I have it also and find that the R/F generally don't touch it.
Do your R/F graze much? Mine just don't.
