sad story

just heard that 4 of the 5 red foots my friend owns died last night. he told his younger brother to clean out there water dish which is 15" and 1" deep (well his brother filled it to the top and removed the bottom rocks from it making it an impossible surface for the tortoise to grip on.) when my friend got home 4 tortoise were flipped over in the water/pool dish.
