russian tortoise outdoor enclosure

hi turtle lovers,

i have 7 russian tortoises (2M;5F) living in an 16x4 outdoor enclosure. i just recently moved them outdoors (they were living in my basement in a 10 foot swimming pool). i have noticed that there are alot of flies that have made their home in the enclosure as well. im assuming they are attracted by their feces. does anyone know if these flies will harm my russians? thank you in advance.
