Russian Tortoise Age?

Hello, just wondering how old do you think our Russian tortoise, Torta, is? We ordered a hatchling, but we are wondering how far along she/it is. She/it is a little over 2 inches long, and we got her/it about 3 weeks ago, and she doesn't look like she grew too much in that time. We got another Russian named Tugi (we plan on separating them once they hit that age, or getting another tortoise along with them, don't worry) and he/it is about 1.5 inches, so we are guessing he is around a month, as on Arizona Tortoise Compound's website, thats what they claim. What do you guys think? (we got Torta from another breeder).

Just a wild guess, but I would say Torta looks about 3 months or so old. Tugi looks younger, maybe one month or so.
