Russian tort won't eat

I have a female Russian tortoise named Tamara and I can't get her to eat. I have seen her drink water and I have tried to give her a wide variety of food before. I have seen her eat dandelion flowers and a spring lettuce mix I buy at the store but I am a little worried. What should I do?

If you just got her she may need time to ajust. How are you housing her? What type of light, what are your temperatures? These things all play a big factor on how and when they eat.
