Rosey??

I feel like Rosey is too big for her age compared to a lot of the other box turtles I’ve seen. Rosey is 2.5 inches and only 1 year old according to the breeder. Can yous tell me if you think she actually is 1 year old or if she is older. Thx!

I wouldn't be concerned. Turtles, like any animal/person, grow at different rates. Maybe Rosie is just a good eater and is content with her surroundings.

I feel like my box turtle is way below average. She is only about 70 grams and maybe 3 inches and I think she may be two years old

But I got her from someone that only fed wax worms and I can’t get her to eat anything besides live food. It sucks

Thx! I was just worried that they shipped me a turtle that was actually a yearling or juvenile.

Also do you think Rosey is a good weight? She is 2.5 inches long and 60 grams?
