Rocks In Baby Sulcata Enclosure?

I am thinking of having a rockery near the heat lamp that goes up to the heat lamp with a little dirt path that comes down the middle (hard to explain) Will my tort roll over the rocks?! I am afraid that she will fall off the rocks and flip onto her back! Will she flip onto her back or not?

Photos are a no can do atm and i am getting in the hot spot 90 degrees with 80 percent Humidity

I put the lights under the wire mesh untill I make it closed so could that be why?
