Hey all,

Is anyone going to the Repticon convention in Raleigh this weekend? It looks fun but it's unfortunate that NC doesn't allow turtles/tortoises at these fairs (which makes some sense to me). Is it even worth making the 3 hour drive? Has anyone ever been a VIP member for one of these things? This would be my first so...

Mostly ball pythons and some chameleons and dart frogs sprinkled in. The interpretation of the turtle law is a bit murky. It was designed to prevent the sale of under 4" turtles, and depleting the natural turtles from the wild. There is an occasional tortoise for sale with no issues that I have seen.
