topping for tuesday night!
unfortunately i won't be able to make it this week. ill be training for my new part-time job at Home Depot! you guys can chat without me though! and i should be able to make it starting next week...sorry!
OK Josh please clarify for me. We chat Tuesday night 6-8 PST or 7-10 PST ?
I got on last week but nobody was there. Must have been the wrong time. So want to be certain. And another chat is on Thursday from what time to what time in what time zone?
The chat times are now Tuesday 6-8pm PST.
For some reason when I changed the time in the title of this thread, it didn't update all the replies. The front page chat link has the correct time. For now I've removed the other chat time for the sake of simplicity but also because I thought I'd add more when the chat became more popular.
So, where's the chat address? I was going to chat, but the address isn't on the forum's home page any more. (too late now as it's almost 8pm) Maybe next time?
Dee, thats really odd. No error messages? What browser do you use?
Yvonne, the chat is located at http://tortoiseforum.org/chat/ and there is a link on the main page under the General Tortoise Discussion forum.
I look forward to next week when I can participate too!
No errors. Like I said I got there but when I would type, it would kick me back. We had a lot of bad weather last night so maybe that had something to do with it. I will try again next time if I am awake.
i'll be there.. ... in fact im in there right now..
I'm busy chopping a bunch of timothy hay up to mix in with some coco-fiber for my guys new substrate.. since general opinion is the sand/soil mixture might not be the best for such a young sulcata.
la la la , choppin i will go...
FreddyCam is still up but might get disturbed as i switch things around.
A helpful tip to anyone having trouble connecting to the chat,
Dont use AOL browsers , or 3rd party browsers..
Use Internet Explorer , and /or use Firefox.
In addition, check your internet explorer connection settings for a Proxy Server setting, turn it off if it is on, this will resolve your issues with connecting in most cases.
