Redtail locality

Does anyone know a lot about redtail locality's ? Iv looked it up online and still can't be sure anyone have ideas? I will get better pictures these arnt very good and u can't see it in them but he is very iridescent more so then any I have seen before that's what throws me off ill try and get a picture of that when the storm passes

definitely a bci. Not sure on locality though. I would just call it a common boa.

Definitely a BCI, and I agree with poison, very likely just the "common" Columbian locality. Other BCI localities are Hog Islands, Cay Caulkers, Central Americans, just to name a few. Most of them stay smaller than Columbians.

True red-tails are BCC and not very common and very expensive, not something you're going to come across in normal venues, like the pet shop down the street, Craigslist, or even most shows.
