How do these two look?

They eat well, soak and get some sun every day. Defecate normally and of course sleep most of the day. Temps are between 80-85, I mist twice daily, they have a humid hide and couple of corners with moist sphag moss. Substrate is reptibark, coco and cypress.

I’ll be setting up two separate PVC enclosures to completely control humidity within the next month or two(once the move happens).

Outwardly they look healed and healthy.
Nice job.
The moss is an ingestion hazard. I'd get rid of it.
Your temperatures are correct. But the entire enclosure needs that temp. Plus 70%+ humidity.
And your new enclosure(s) should remedy that

What about cypress mulch or is orchid bark preferred ?
I use a lot of cypress mulch with my adults outdoors.
But with smaller torts and in smaller enclosures I like the size if the Orchid bark.
I get mine at Home Depot. It's about $6 for the larger bag
(I'm pretty sure they aren't in Scotland)
