Red Foot Shell Coloration Change

So last August my Red Foot got into some rhododendron flowers and after throwing up and spending some time frustrating a vet by not responding to attempts to sedate him so they could give home charcoal he ended up being fine. Shortly there after we started noticing that the yellow parts of of his scutes have started getting internal brown spots that have grown and gotten worse and I don’t think it’s connected but I just want to make sure he’s okay?
