quick outdoor enclosure

I want to put my tortoise outside when im home but i need something i can put up and take down quickly. here is what i was thinking

O and i cant place him in my yard cuz i fertilize the lawn.

I have a kiddie pool that i was thinking of setting up with a hideout and a board and fence over the top. Would this be ok? I dont want to put dirt or anything in it cuz i dont want to empty the pool everytime i put him outside.


Any other ideas?

Your Tort needs to feel secure.

Either a roll-a-way frame with casters or a simple mortar tub say from lowz $12.

What about something like this? I was using this for awhile (still do), Folds up nice and neat also.

Yup that works. Your Houdini can still get under that and escape in a flash so stamp down some cheap edging around it and use tent stakes to anchor it down. If he's a wee one then anything will do.

This may not work on a fertilized lawn that you don't want your tort to eat, unless you are going to set it on something?

A KiddiePool Will Work Well Or, Put To Together A Simple Wooden Pen.
You Can Build It With Wood or Even Use An Old Dresser Or Shelf
