Possible Prolapse?

Hi everyone! I am new here! I got my sulcata tortoise like a month ago from a reptile shop that found her. I don’t know much about her. Except I was told she is four and that she is a she. Today when she was peeing I noticed something come out by her tail and then as soon as she was done it was gone. Is this a prolapse or is she a he?

It's only called 'prolapse' if it comes out and doesn't go back in. What you have there is a male penis flashing.

Agree with others, it is his male parts showing, if they go back in there is nothing to worry about.
