I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions of plants, preferably small edible plants that i could keep in my tortoise table?
At the moment we have an aloe vera plant which is a little too big in my opinion and seems to no be lasting very well especially with the heat lamp even though it is watered daily.
We just want his home to feel a lot more homely for him by giving him his very own house plants that he could also munch on! :)

Mine loves Campanula. I’ve got 3 plants that I rotate once they have been mostly eaten. Also Boston Ferns are good. I’ve got come cactus and a spider plant. Some grow quite large though.

I recently picked up two small Haworthia succulents from Home Depot for my enclosure.
There are numerous variations with different shapes and sizes, they stay pretty small and are edible.
Sorry the first picture doesn't show much of the left Haworthia.

The second picture shows Aptenia Cordifolia, also edible.
I'm finding it easy to grow in the enclosure and have already started two new plants from clippings.
The AC grows fast and will get big and spread out.
