What plant is it? Bought from sulcatafood.com mix seeds

Kinda' looks like chia, but we'll have to see some mature leaves before we can tell for sure. Also, it need much more light. The little plantlets are struggling to grow taller to get to the light.

I live in Canada, the weather is extremely cold here like -30C. It's impossible to put it outside. Any recommend grow lights? Is it chia ok to feed as daily basis for Sulcata?
