Does anybody know what this is? I sent it to Garden Compass but they didn't know.

I don't think so, the leaves are kind of fuzzy. And they are pretty large, maybe 8 inches long. Everybody I've talked to says they've seen it around and they have it in their yard but nobody knows what it's called.

Well, the flowers may be inconspicuous but it has to bloom. It looks like a mullein, like verbascum or comfrey.
