Hi,

I have a year old herm and he’s just started to show pink on the bottom of his shell. I know it’s normally new growth - but am worried it could be more serious

Any help appreciated!

Perhaps you could send a photo of his shell, which would help in deciding what it is.

It is just the highly vascularized areas of new growth. Nothing to worry about.
