Sold as a 'butterfly attracting perennial'. Was a steal, so why not
Not sure, would need to see the flower full on, but maybe the Butterfly Blue Pincushion Flower, Scabiosa.
And you shouldn't steal.

Armeria - probably OK.
Ok, it was 'Lady's Cushion', Armeria, not a pincushion.
But It had cushion in the common name so I was a bit right.
