Are pepper tree "peppers" toxic to sullys? The little red popping berries that fall from the tree? What about the leaves?

My neighbors tree is "shedding" and a crap ton of the peppers and leaves got into Ralphs enclosure. I haven't noticed him actually eating them, but he's munching grass so............

The sap of the California and Brazilian Pepper trees can cause a rashes/dermatitis. Brazilian has more toxicity and can cause diarrhea and vomitting. Of course this is to humans, but most things harmful to humans are harmful to our pets. It always makes my hands burn when I am working with it!!

Hi...I wouldn't take the chance that he might eat some of it. Can the brances be trimmed back so they aren't over your property?
Good luck
