Pancake mating

Wow, thats amazing! Beautiful tortoises. I can't say when there will be eggs or even if your female will get pregnant. But I hope they breed for you!!! Beautiful tortoises!

Female tortoises hold sperm and don't lay eggs until they can find a suitable place to lay them. I'm not familiar with Pancake breeding/egg laying, however the tortoises I AM familiar with lay eggs in the spring to hatch in the fall. All bets are off though, for the African tortoises. They seem to lay anytime during the year. A good one to ask is Will (that's his username). He raises them and has had good success with breeding.

I've yet to see any eggs or even test holes yet and this picture of mine is 5-6 months old. LOL.

A friend I hadn't seen in a while stopped by and the first thing he asked was, “Ken, one question, how much tortoise porn do you have on your phone?"lol.
