Can anyone help this poor turtle? I verified they still have the turtle. Water turtles aren't my thing but I could purchase the turtle if someone else is willing to give it a home?

Wow, sorry I am not local. That poor thing indeed! I really want to know where that person got advice about housing painted turtles, because that is really an unfortunate living situation.
