My little guy just blew up, I had noticed a teeny bit of new growth the last few days and when I got home from work yesterday and checked on him, before bedtime I noticed white lines! White growth lines! Today they are dark until soaking time, then they lighten back up a little. But I was shocked to see them so white and so fast! I'm going to get a scale soon and weigh him again. I was expecting him to grow fairly quickly based on all the reading I've done, but wow, I didn't think it would come in spurts like this. I have to say I'm pretty proud of myself because the new growth looks really smooth and healthy.

:D Just like human kids, it seems like they grow over night. ;) Sounds like your doing things right.

But, ummm where are the mandatory pictures??? :D

If you like good growth then the best thing you can do is keep a rhythmic sleep cycle, in a humid hide, with an ambient temp of 78 degrees farenheit and humidity north of 70% at ground level.

Great looking baby by the way.

I was concerned about those funky ridges on the edge of his "baby scutes" I thought maybe the he had already started to pyramid when I got him. This new growth is nice and smooth, So I think as he grows and I continue to keep his routine, he's gonna be handsome and not bumpy... I'm very prideful about my little guy lol
