Not eating. HELP!!

SOS ! My star tortoise constipated ..didn't poo for 2 weeks & couldn't walk properly , I have tried leaving the torts in the lawn to graze , get some exercise & sunshine but it just stays in one spot , even when he tried to walk he drags itself .I soaked him every day for at least 30 minutes & also tried brushing its plastrons with a toothbrush lightly , i wonder what is wrong ? Pls help ?

Welcome. Could you describe a little more about your tortoise? Like where you got it, how long you have had it, what you feed it, what enclosure you keep it in? Things like that could help us out greatly to help you.
