Hello and welcome. I like to use tinypic.com, but I don't think it will work from a phone or tablet.

If you are on iPhone or iPad, go to your profile, along the bottom, then when it comes up tap the little profile picture and it will give you the option of changing it there

As for signatures I do t think it can be done on the phone. You can add them to your posts by tapping the little plus next to the send button
