Newbie in Colorado

I've been lurking here for a while, but thought I'd introduce myself now that I am planning and getting a tortoise in the near future (russian, hermanns, or greek). I used to own a shy female greek when I lived in CA, and I've been missing the experience since moving here to CO in 2006.

This is a great forum, and I'd love ot hear from other CO tortoise owners and their experience with keeping tortoises happy in this climate, any good breeders in the area, and good local resources for substrate, food, and lighting.

Not in CO. MN here but if you are looking for a nice young Hermanns..... Chris from Garden state Tortoise llc is a great guy and knowledgeable breeder. I just received a very healthy Hermanns (Dalmatian) from (screenname)--> Hermannichris. And could not be happier.
