New Tortoise owner

I've recently got a Russian Tortoise and he's awesome his name I'm wondering any basic info or need to know fact. I already a heat lamp, a log for shade, food bowl, and a water bowl. Do tortoises like any toys? Any info could help

Do you have an outside habitat set up for the tortoise for when the weather is warm? All tortoises do better outside than inside, but especially Russians because they need a lot of space to roam.
