New tort mama!

Hi, all - I am a brand new tortoise mama to a beautiful Hermann's hatchling. How does one go about procuring weeds, etc., during the winter? (I live in New England, USA.) Also, my baby only seems to want to eat Mazuri pellets that have been soaked and mashed. I have offered organic kale and organic collard greens, to no avail. Any advice is much appreciated!

here is a video from Garden State Tortoise that talked about using dried organic herbs and flowers that you would soak with the pellet food.
