Hey! My boyfriend and I just bought our first Tortoise, "Flash Gordon!" Here she is in our setup for her. How does it look? Does anybody have any suggestions? These pictures were taken at night, so the two daylight bulbs aren't on.
It is 3 and a half feet by 55 inches.

Nice size enclosure. Russians are fantastic climbers, so make sure she doesn't use the big pot hide to get over the edge. You might also consider putting a triangular 'cap' on the corners, as they can 'wall climb' using the 2 sides.
When you can, someday when winter is over, he can go outside under supervision, or in a secure enclosure.
Meanwhile, good job!

Yes nice job, and they are indeed climbers. My Russian goes out of his way to climb up what would seem to be "unclimbable" objects. But that is in there nature, they live in areas were they are forced to climb here and there, looking for food.
