New plants i found at home

I came home a couple days ago an noticed these plants growing. Any idea what they are? Are the safe for torts?

I have some of the first and last picture in my front lawn, nut always afraid to pick them. I only feed them the one that I know for sure is dandelion. =/

1st and 4th are safe. I think I've heard people on here refer to both of them as sow thistle.

3rd one looks like some sort of epiphytic cactus
