I'm new to this site, marine reef keeping is my normal thing.
Four months ago i managed to hatch out 6 baby spur thigh tortoise. The eggs were from a great friend who's tortoise lay eggs every year. there tortoise are at least 30 years old. I've since been told that i need to register them to get certificates. Can somebody give me the link where i can get this done.
