Moved into a new place and decided I needed to update my enclosure. It wasn't holding moisture and wanted to be able to watch him walk around. So this is the new enclosure let me know what you think!

Very nice! That would have been wonderful when my sulcata was a baby. Looks like the dog approves as well

Enclosure looks good - hope Gordon Ramsey doesn't upset him too much.

Please don't trust your dog with your tort! Even usually calm laid back pooches can be unpredictable if suddenly scared or jealous and it only takes a split second for disaster to strike. There are too many sad stories here about cat/dog incidents.

Thanks everyone I am loving it and so is Atari (dog.) He is never left alone with him. Actually he is my little alarm. The two times Gatsby has flipped Atari runs to me crying and then back to the enclosure.

This is picture of what it looked like before. Me and my dad took the second drawer out and made it a window. Then put top and bottom in. We both love the second a lot more.

Nice work. I do worry about your water "bowl" being you mentioned he flipped over. While the entrance seems sloped properly the sides seem steep enough to be a flipping hazard.

Good luck, and very good looking enclosure and tort.

It's just a terracotta saucer the lip isn't steep. It does look like it is in the photo. I think he always flipped himself climbing the log I use to have in there he was always next to it and loved climbing it

I love this. Are the plants live or fake? I am wanting to add more to interest to my enclosure. The big rock in the corner, is that his hide? Where did you get it?

I have two fake plants the rest are real. And that rock is a hide found it on Amazon. Bought it so he would grow into it. I put a small pot inside for him to hide and feel protected if he wants. Still a lot of room with the pot

It is just a humidifier from Amazon. In picture #4 you can see the humidifier and the pipe I ran down the back and into the middle of the tank
