This is a new strain of albino RES, really pretty ones, too. My original hets came from a wc albino to another strain of albino. I finally THINK I got the other strain isolated. They look totally different and have some crazy patterns, even their heads look different. They see and grow better, the bigger ones are one year old.

Wow. I've seen a few albinos, but nothing like that before! People will want to buy large groups from you, since they won't be able to get them anywhere else!

Nice to see you posting my friend. The water turtles forum has been much more dull than usual without you. What's it been, a week? Too long..

I always look forward to seeing your pictures. Very unusual (to me) turtles and tortoises.

Thanks, they're weird for sure. I think they're the prettiest I have seen yet. I have Rio grandes het lemon lime raising now, maybe they'll win in a couple years.

Wow, I never like albinos or really any morphs. Just not my cup of tea, but man that orange albino. That is awesome!

Man, Gerard! That year old orange phase is a knockout! Any idea on the original location the adults are from?
The normal RES I found in south Texas were much, much nicer than ones I found in Louisiana.

They were from Louisiana, but just out shine all the rest. I have produced Rio Grande het lemon lime albinos this year, and the first generation is insane. In a couple years I'm going to make a really special elegans. The best part is, it's pure, not even a intergrade.
