My name is Jake DeVoe and I am in need of a new home for one or both of my red footed tortoises.
They are both 8 years old from the same clutch and roughly the size of a football. They are very friendly, active, and love to be fed by hand. They are great pets but not being in a creep and being two males they do not get along very well. On top of their frequent disagreements we have a dog that is not fond of them and it has become a little too overwhelming worrying about their well being. My brother and I are at college now leaving them with my parents and we think it is time to look for a good home for them.
We are in the Dallas Fort Worth area but we can try to arrange transportation if anyone is interested.
