Those coil bulbs can burn their eyes. Turn it off and now you will need to give your babies eyes time to heal. If your tortoise can get outside for some sunshine a few times a week in a safe enclosure, you do not need indoor artificial UV.

Your indoor temps are not warm enough. They need a basking spot where they can warm up to 100 degrees. Outdoors they can use the sun for this. Indoors you must use an incandescent light bulb. I prefer flood bulbs. Understand that when you add this bulb, it will dry things out significantly, so will will likely need to cover the top and add more moisture to the substrate to compensate. Because of this added moisture and resulting evaporation, you will need to make sure it stays warm at night. No lower than 80. You will need a CHE on a thermostat for this.

Please read the care sheet at the top of the sulcata page, and please click the links in my signature.

This symptoms are caused by low temperature(75-80 degrees)?

Thanks

Directly, here another picture.

I'm not as experienced as much as everyone else but I have 2 3 in long babies and I freak out if temp gets lower than 85F or the humidity lower than 70.

Did your tortoise eat some of the plants in the enclosure? Those are real plants right?

The last 2 days has not eaten, and not moved.

Yes are real plants.

I did some changes to the habitat. Up the house in a table, and replace the uvb with a vapor bulb 100watts.

Still with the same symthoms. :(
My biggest concerns is he/she not eating!

May I suggest to take him to the VET for a X ray just to check there is a bladder stone in him or not. This is only thing I can think of, I'm doing almost the same thing you do to take care of our Sulcata, but about a two months ago, he produced this for us.

It is next to a mini SD card. It is almost 1 CM. You can see the size. even we soak him daily.

Ok, your setup is better. So, the baby isn't moving you say? From my own experience and what I've learned here, the only reasons why a baby doesn't eat or move much is due to cold temps or blockage of some sort. Give the baby a few more days in the sun. Make sure at night that you are using a ceramic heat emitter 100w, and if the baby gets sun everyday, he doesn't need the mercury vapor bulb (MVB) for now. If it's too cold for him outside and he can't get sun, then you can use the MVB.

After all has been checked and after a few days, he still isn't eating, take him to any vet where they can do x-rays. Even if the vet isn't a specialist in torts, he can read an x-rays. You can ask him to make a copy for you and then post it here on the forum. There are people here that tell you if your baby is suffering from a stone in the bladder or intestines. The noise he made when you gave him a sun bath tells me that with his current symptoms, he may have something inside that's making him sick. Get to the vet asap.

Btw, torts can go a long time without eating. The bigger problem is that he's not moving and appears to be in some pain.

What type of wood is your enclosure made of? The walls and such? Where did you acquire the tort from? Pet shop/personal party?

You may want to cover the entire enclosure to give a bit of controlled environment for awhile and to increase the temp overall and the humidity overall....

You have a combination of things likely going on there.

That coil bulb probably burned his eyes. This causes them great pain and discomfort and it will take time for them to heal. This alone is enough to make them lethargic and not want to eat.

The second likely problem is that your tortoise now has a respiratory infection from the cold damp conditions and the inability to warm up everyday. The MVB should take care of the temps during the day, but your nights are still too cold. If your house temp is 73, the the temp on that substrate with evaporation is likely in the 60s.

They don't get sick in a day, and they certainly don't get better in a day.

Thanks Tom. Any remedy for his burned eyes and skin?

I make some changes on his environment, now at night, CHE around 90, during the day, only 2 hours of uvb
