Need some help... (how much to feed?)

Hello. Just having my daily panic sesh. I'm really confused about how much to feed my Herbie (3 month old Hermann's) and the variety of what to feed. Got dandelion, watercress, rocket, the odd other weed (we have some growing) and occasionally, curly kale. Does this sound okay? Also, how often should he have Nutrobal? I'm told you can't overdose, so to give it once a day - correct?

I can weigh him if that would help.

Thank you so much, I do know what I'm doing but I just tend to question it all the time. Please tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

I don't have Hermanni, but with all the species (talking younger ones here) that I do have, I give them enough food that it lasts about all day.

Wouldn't it dry out under the lamp? Do they tend to know when to stop?
