Need help with paperwork

Hi,My name is Barbie,I just moved to Belgium,Kortenberg with my 2 testudo Hermani turtoises and need help,we have michrochip and the yellow EU papers from Hungary with us,they are registered in Hungary.
1.Could somebody give contact to meg to the local authorities where I have to report/register them that we moved here?Is IT cost money or free?
2.Could somebody write down the process what should I Do and need officially,paperwise if I later want to breed them and sell legally babies?

Here in the US we still have freedom and are quickly gaining some of it back. We don't have this kind of paperwork here.

Are CBW permits issued again?

probably you should start here: https://www.health.belgium.be/en/cites-belgium-0 (this page has an email of local CITES unit, fees information and a link to online portal). I think, you need to write an email and they will guide you through the process.

Are CBW permits issued again?

Not yet, but hopefully soon. The new management just came in 7 days ago. I don't imagine CBW permit granting is high ion their list of things to fix.
