need help with lighting

Hi, was wondering until i get the temp gun if how i know my redfoot is cold? or if the enclosure is too cold? And am also wondering would it be okay if i leave the basking light on till i get a che light just so he don’t get to cold or is that bad and will hurt him?

How soon can you get a ceramic? Because heat is important but so is their day/night cycle, so the light being on isn’t ideal.

What are your temperatures like day and night at the moment with and without the light?
What kind of basking bulb is being used specifically? Packaging photos are good if you have any
What kind of uvb bulb are you using?
How’s humidity reading? Is it a closed chamber? How you maintaining humidity? Don’t use foggers or misters!
What kind of monitoring do you have?
What is the substrate?
What are you offering diet wise?
