Someone on Facebook found this in a house they moved in to. And after asking around they think it's a three-toed box turtle. But it kind of looks like a sulcata to me. Maybe not the eyes...I don't know. Shell doesn't flare at edges like a sulcata...

Looks like a box turtle of some kind.
The shell is very confusing. But that's not a sully face or head. I'm guessing a very poorly kept box.
It's a deformed three-toed box turtle, Terrapene carolina triunguis.

Wow when you Google three-toed box turtle they don't look like that...
