Need help constructive criticism wanted rate my set up

I mad this and betty won’t stop digging and it is driving me crazy. It is about 3’ by 3’ I know it should be bigger but I am not allowed to make it bigger. I want to add some fake plays for hiding. I flex sealed the bottom and have fake stones made of pebbles and plaster it is 83 to 87 on the warm side and 75 to 77 on the cool side.

Is it possible to get a large outdoor enclosure to let her get some energy out during the day?

I do have a backyard but I have two dogs that run around there all day and maybe by my garden will work. It gets lots of sunlight in some spots and not much in others.

I take her on walks every day possible for 30-90 minutes until she goes in a corner and hides for ten minutes.

Somehow get her a nice safe spot away from the dogs that she can just stay out for the day and enjoy

Maybe put her in the backyard and walk your dogs.

Maybe ur dad can make a second level for u if he has any construction skills( wouldnt be to difficult and wouldnt take up any more floor space

There is a spot 25yds by 50yds I could build a pen it is in the side yard but the ac is down there but I think Betty could handle it.

I still have betty old pen I could put her in that while I add a second floor just move her light. I thought of that and maybe In the back corner but I only have 18in of hight and Betty loves to dig and climb on stuff I will work on adding more stuff today.
