My tortoise is ill

Hello guys, my 3 year old tortoise is sick for some time and I'm not sure how to heal him. He doesn't eat and don't have strength to move. He doesn't close his eyes as well. İdk what to do I'm trying everything. There is no reptile vet in my country and can't find vitamins anywhere. Can anyone help me please?

He is 3 years old. He is at the size of an average hand. I give him lettuce most of the time and strawberries once a week and cucumber some days. I take him inside in the night and he stays outside other times. I close lights in the night so he can sleep. Night temp is 13 degrees. My other tortoise are fine only one is sick. His mouth is swollen. I soak him in warm water everyday.

He doesn't close his eyes as well. He can see.

What species of tortoise?

Do the two of them live together in the same enclosure?

13C is very cold. This tortoise needs to be kept much warmer at night.

He has his own place in the garden. He is greek tortoise. He gets sunlight throughout whole day. He is getting better because he now moves a bit but he still doesn't eat and idk why but he doesn't sleep

You need to keep him warmer as Tom said and feed a much better diet.

Thanks for all help. I'll do them, I am actually doing them to all my babies but I don't understand what went wrong. And can anyone tell me why he doesn't close his eyes?

He doesn't blink, he blinked twice after I soak him and he can see but I don't understand he doesn't blink

@Yvonne G do you see anything wrong with the eye? I see three areas that there seems to be extra pieces of skin but not sure that could cause him to not blink or not close his eye.

I'm keeping him warm. But he lost his appetite for some days. He doesn't want to eat anything it's probably because inside his mouth is swollen. Should I try to feed him by hand?

Looks like he may have an ear abscess. In which case a vet needs to lance it.

I may be mis-remembering, but I THINK an ear abscess is just a symptom of infection somewhere else in the body.

I'll try to find a reptile vet but it's very hard to find one. Can normal vet check him or?
