My Red Foot passed today after a roller coaster illness almost identical to Big Bertha’s. I’m praying for the same miracle, tonight. Couldn’t believe

Sorry for your loss.
How long did you have this tortoise before it got sick?
Do you other tortoises as well?

Since it was never 100% confirmed what Queen (Big) Berthas issue was, I can't elaborate on it. Just to say that all dead tortoises are not dead.
Keep the tortoise warm and do not bother him/her for 72 hours. Or unless there are obvious signs of decomposition.
I hope that your story ends with a happy ending like hers did.
