my Peewee!! male or female?

I've had Peewee now for 10 months,and he's just over 1 year old now
I adore him,and he's wonderful in so many ways! I am pretty sure he's a boy,,has a tiny horn on the end of his tail, is this a sure sign?
here he is,I would like to know if he's looking good to all of you,this is my first and only tortoise,I think he looks good,but would like to know from the pro's,,thanks! Excuse the butt shot! LOL~~

Beautiful tortoise. It is still to young to say with certainty the sex, but if we were to attempt we would need some plastron/tail shots from underneath. Take a few of your tortoise from underneath and lets see what it's looking like.

it is important to see the underside. The tortoise can be sexed it is old enough.

Too young to be certain...ask again in about a year, or when it's shell is about 4" long.

Definitely too young to be 100% certain of sex. Also, both sexes can exhibit the horny spur at the end of the tail from birth. It becomes larger in males as they age. Beautiful tortoise.
