Does the sun hit your pen during a different part of the day than when you took the picture? If so, you won't need to move it. If the whole pen gets full sun at any time of the day, you might want to put a board on one side that will make a small place for shade if he wants some.

Looks good! I wish it was nice here in Minnesota so I could get something for my Russian outside! Do you need some type of bottom or have the sides go deep into the ground? Some people have said the torts can dig and get out. Don't know for sure though I am new to all this. Great job though!
