These are the Cherryhead tortoises given to me by a family unable to care for them.
The first two pictures are the male.
The 2nd two are of the female

I see the term all the time, but since I don't know RFs, what exactly is a "cherryhead" vs anything else?
The Cherryhead stay smaller. Are often more colorful. Have arm spurs found only in that sub species and different nose scales than a "regular" redfoot. (Split and non split scales)
They also usually have a darker plastron and at a certain size can show "marbling" on the carapace.
Both of these had marbling months ago. Now only the female is showing any.
Many Cherryhead and non Cherryhead have become interbred MUTTS. Because of breeding for color.
It's unknown if these are hybrids or not. But I think they're very common.
